 常见故障检查及排除

    6.6.1查找故障位置

    轨道衡发生故障不能工作,首先要找出故障发生在哪个部位。最简便的方法是借助模拟

定位器来查找。步骤如下:

    将接线盒至仪表的信号电缆解脱,将传感器模拟器与仪表接口相连,接通电源,看仪表

工作是否正常。如果仪表工作正常,说明故障在秤台,如仪表工作不正常,说明故障在仪表。

    6.6.2仪表故障排除

    仪表故障排除必须由专门检修人员进行。用户可以用更换PCB板的方法先恢复系统正

常工作,损坏的PCB板送检修部门修理。

    6.6.3秤台故障分析

    (l)首先检查接线盒,有无水气侵入,如有水气,用酒精擦洗,然后用电吹风机吹干,清

洁内部。

    (2)查找接线有无短路。在接线盒里,月万用表测量屏蔽线(shie)与其它各线和秤台的

电阻,有无泄漏和短路。同时检查各导线与地线或信号电缆外层不锈钢屏蔽线有无泄漏和短

路。如发现有短路现象,则需更换电缆,无故障则按以下步骤继续查找。

    查找传感器故障步骤如下:

    逐个断开传感器,用万用表测量传感器芯线的正输出(+SIG)和负输出(- SIG)之间电

阻,其阻值应与输出阻抗一致;用万用表测量正激励(+EXC)和负激励(- EXC)端间阻抗

值,其阻值应与输入阻抗一致(详见表6-4传感器技术参数表);查出损坏了的传感器。如果

这步检查没有问题,则按下一步继续查找。

    将砝码依次放在秤台各个截面上,如果发现哪个截面的示值不正确,则将砝码放在这个

截面的传感器角上,(压角)发现坏传感器,可更换传感器。

    或者脱开某传感器的+SI- SI端在不通电情况下测电阻值,应与输出阻抗一致,在通

电情况下,测两端的直流电压,设传感器容量为K,它实际受到的力为F,如果用8142PRO

仪表,则电压值应为15×2F/K( mV)
